Refund Policy

For Time bound- Nonrefundable. In case, if, event has been cancelled, than Flinnt will refund full amount to End user/ buyer after deducting processing charges (if any);

For Self paced- User can check money back guarantee on courses that are purchased on the Flinnt. When user joins or subscribe, within a 24 hours or if content (3 files) is read or opened, in this circumstances, neither it can be cancelled nor refund should be made. ( In the case where the subscription is not cancelled within 24 hours of subscription or three or more of the content (files) have been viewed or opened, the subscription can not be cancelled and no refund will be made). Any courses purchased through Third Party platforms or the mobile application will not be eligible for refunds.

If any End user/buyer/learner violates any of the Terms of Use/ Privacy policy or Honor Code, he/she will not be entitled to get refund.

Request For refund

To request a refund for payment, you should have to check the refund policy to make sure that they can still get a refund for that course. Using Flinnt on computer, open your My Subscription page and Find the course or Specialization you want a refund for. Refund through mobile application will not be eligible for refunds. For mobile application Flinnt will refund 70% amount, if user will eligible for refund. If in case, If you do not have access to a computer and need to request a refund for a purchase made in the mobile application, please contact to us.

When you can request for a refund?

You'll get a confirmation email, when we will get your refund request for a course. Refunds are generally processed within 10 working days.

If you request a refund for pre-payment made on our old courses, or you have another query or question about a refund, please contact us.

If you decide not to complete a course or Specialization that you've paid for, Flinnt may be able refund your payment depending on our refund policies.

Flinnt disclaim any liabilities related to any third party market place refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

Flinnt may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice to you, terminate or cancel your access to and use of our services. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to,

  1. Breaches of the Agreement or other agreements or guidelines,

  2. Requests by law enforcement or regulatory authorities, or

  3. Technical difficulties.

In certain circumstances it may be necessary for either ourselves or the Flinnt or its members to terminate or cancel part or all of our services, terminate these Terms of Use and block your account or access, or ban you as a End user/buyer/learner. We reserve the right to suspend or end the services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Even after your use and participation are banned, blocked or otherwise suspended, these Terms of Use will remain in effect with respect to relevant provisions.
